Written by Lynn Santer and Kfir Luzzatto, the original screenplay based on the novel is now available for option. It will be featured as one of Lynn’s works at a celebrity gala and Warner Brothers Movie World event on the Gold Coast of Australia on Nov. 23, 2007.

His firsthand experience with discrimination stirred his imagination in The Odyssey Gene.

About the author:
Kfir Luzzatto (Ke-FEAR La-ZAT-oh) is a patent attorney who holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He was also a spokesman for the Israeli Defense Force on reserve duty for 25 years.
Dr. Luzzatto’s first book, Crossing the Meadow, published in 2003 was voted “Best Horror Novel” in the 2003 Preditors and Editors Readers Poll.
In addition to his creative work, Dr. Luzzatto has published The World of Patents, and many articles for professional journals and magazines related to the field of patent law. His professional awards include the Distinction Trombki Award and the Landau Award for Research.
In his latest novel, The Odyssey Gene released July, 2006 from Echelon Press Publishing, Dr. Luzzatto explores the topic of genetic discrimination. His book is a futuristic look at a very real trend happening today in the U.S. and what it may escalate into.
